All garments supplied to clients are delivered as real, physical pieces produced by the House, and may differ in appearance from website imagery due to lighting, styling, or presentation.
Timelines provided for production and delivery are estimates and may vary due to the nature of couture practice.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer capable of acceptance.
A contract is formed only when an order is formally accepted in writing by FLIGHTBAG LTD.
We reserve the right to:
– refuse or decline any order at our discretion;
– request additional information prior to acceptance;
– cancel orders in cases of error, fraud suspicion, or unavailability.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are stated in the applicable currency unless otherwise specified.

Orders will not proceed until payment terms are satisfied.
6. Measurements, Fittings, and Client Responsibility
For bespoke and made-to-order garments, accurate measurements are essential.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all measurements and specifications provided are accurate.
We are not responsible for fit issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client.
Where fittings are required, these will be arranged separately and may be subject to additional terms.
7. Delivery and Risk
Delivery arrangements will be confirmed at the time of order.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk in the goods passes to the client upon delivery. Title to goods remains with FLIGHTBAG LTD until full payment has been received.
8. Returns, Exchanges, and Client Assurance
Due to the bespoke and made-to-order nature of our garments, standard returns are limited.
However, as part of our client service:
We offer a no-quibble exchange policy of up to two deliveries for the same garment to ensure appropriate fit and satisfaction.
This allows for refinement or adjustment where necessary within a reasonable scope of the original order.
Returns or refunds are not offered for:
– bespoke garments produced to unique specifications beyond standard adjustment;
– items that have been materially altered following delivery without authorisation.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under English consumer law where applicable.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the HOPE LUMLEY™ brand, designs, garments, patterns, and website content are owned by or licensed to FLIGHTBAG LTD.
No rights are granted to use, reproduce, or exploit any intellectual property without prior written consent.
Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
